After India's comfortable Triumph over the host Bangladesh by 188 runs in the 1st test and leading the series by 1-0, India is yet again in full preparation, ready to face off Bangladesh in the 2nd Test match at the Sher Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur, Bangladesh dated ''22 - 26 December 2022'' with full positive intent of white washing the host and clinching the series 2-0 .
Rohit Sharma still out of the test squad, all thanks to his thumb injury during the 2nd ODI vs Bangladesh, KL Rahul the stand in Captain for the Bangladesh test series is yet again pumped up to lead his nation from the front unlike the 1st test match .

India's Predicted playing XI for the first Test against Bangladesh -
India is most likely to field the same playing 11 as it was in the 1st test match as 2 seamers, 3 spinners and 6 batters provided the right kind of balance required to win the test match's in the spin friendly tracks available in Bangladesh. Mirpur unlike any other Bangladeshi wickets is most likely to offer turn and bounce for the spinners which would in return motivate the team management to go in with 3 spinners which would also result in greater depth in batting as Axar including Ashwin and Kuldeep can play a handy role with the bat in the lower middle order incase if the middle order seems to fail .
Let us quickly have a look at India's predicted playing 11 for the 2nd #INDVSBAN Test .
Openers - KL RAHUL(C) & SHUBMAN GILL

KL Rahul although couldn't contribute with the ball in the first test even after getting some quick decent start looked solid during all the time he was there in the middle, KL has played 4 test innings this particular year in which he has managed to score a half century, KL with his elegant and solid style of play and technique against both pace and spin is set to lead by example as a leader and play a long innings, where as the emerging young talent
Shubman Gill hit a brilliant ton in the 2nd innings of the 1st test vs Bangladesh as a result cementing his opening spot for the 2nd test aswell. he would like to continue the innings from where he had left in the 1st test and play yet another impactful innings in the 2nd test aswell .
TOP ORDER - Cheteshwar Pujara | Virat Kohli | Rishabh Pant (wk)

Cheteshwar Pujara yet again justified his comparision with the wall ''Rahul Dravid'' as he played two of his most impeccable knocks in his test career ever where in the 1st innings he scored a magnificient 90 runs of 203 balls, the innings came in a time when India at once looked week in their toes after losing 4 early wickets where as in the 2nd innings he scored the fastest ton of his entire test career scoring 102 runs of just 130 balls, each Pujara fan awaits to see him bat in the 2nd test with all hand down and immense excitement .
Virat Kohli couldn't make an impact in the 1st test with early exits to the pavilion in both the innings, but a player of this stature could never be kept away from the game with Bangladeshi team having needed to prepare special plan and arrangements which would ensure them seeing his back early.
Rishabh Pant the most emerging and developing player in the red ball set up of the Indian team seems to enjoy the red ball format in the recent past, with consistent scoring in last 5 innings he has played in the whitesm he also scored a helpful 46 runs against Bangladesh in the 1st test which sabilised India during the most dreadfull times .
MIDDLE ORDER / or spin - SHREYAS IYER | AXAR PATEL | RAVICHANDRAN ASHWIN

Shreyas Iyer lately has been in quiet some form with the bat with consistent scoring in the shorter formats and also a luck favoured but yet brave 82 runs against Bangladesh in the 1st innings of the first test. We expect yet another star blazing performance coming in form Iyer's bat in the 2nd test aswell .
Axar Patel bagged a total of 5 wickets in the first match and also played some promising shots with the bat in the 1st test, he is a real asset for the team and we expect an impactful performance for Axar in the 2nd test face off .
Ravi Ashwin the senior pro and the no. 2 ranked test all rounder picked only 1 wicket in the 1st test and is expected to do a lot better with the ball in these Bangladeshi turf offering help for spinners .He scored a well deserved half century and looked good with the bat in the 1st test .
SPIN AND PACE - KULDEEP YADAV | Umesh Yadav | Mohammed Siraj

Kuldeep Yadav the hero of the 1st test picked a total of 8 wickets including a fi-fer in the 1st innings with also contribution coming in from his bat where he scored 40 runs in the 1st innings was rightfully awarded the player of the match for his heroic performance . Indian fans expect the same kind of result coming in from the china man bowler in the 2nd test aswell .
Md Siraj has the natural angle going into the right hander with clever use of the cross-seamed deliveries makes him a payer to watch out for in the 2nd test. He took a tally of 4 wickets in the 1st wicket which included a dramatic Liton Das wicket where the duo were involved in a slight banter with siraj winning the moment at the end by dismissing the later . Umesh Yadav the right-arm quick is potent with the new ball and can reverse swing once the ball gets old. with 2 wicktets in the 1st test he might have to give in all he has got to woo the selection panel and cement his spot in the team .
